69SLAM Returns Policy

If for any reason you aren't 100% happy with your 69Slam order, you can return the item/s for a store credit. You have 10 days from the day you receive your items to post them back to us in order to be eligible for the store credit. Please note that when returning an item, you will be required to cover the cost of postage.

In the extreme case that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, a refund will be offered. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item. Postage for a faulty or incorrect item will be covered by 69Slam Australia. We strongly suggest using a trackable postage option, as if the package is lost on its way to us, unfortunately our team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.

Please note that 69Slam Australia does not accept COD deliveries and any returns sent COD will have the postage costs deducted from your refund. 

Returns Criteria

Items will only be approved for a return if they are returned with the original proof of purchase and in their original condition, i.e:

  • Tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed

Returns which don't comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.

These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

Some items are not eligible for a return / exchange. These include:

  • Hats
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear

Sales merchandise (i.e. any item/s sold for less than original price) are excluded from this policy and will only be exchanged in the case of fault.

Returns Process

  1. Complete the Return Form which can be found in our FAQ section under returns and enclose with your merchandise. Pack items in secure packaging or re-use the original packaging. Be sure to complete all fields on your form and address the article correctly to ensure a prompt turn around.
  2. Forward to: 69SLAM RETURNS Unit 49, 3-15 Jackman Street, Southport, Gold Coast, Queensland. 4215.
  3. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process and issue your store credit or refund (not including your bank's processing time).
